- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Went 2/28/17 worst customer service experience. I am in the medical profession myself and i felt disgraced. I don't know if Dr. Gaff was just having a bad day, but from the moment he walked in he was rude very blunt(which isnt necessarily bad just how you say things). When he began the examination he proceeded to prick and pry at a tooth that was already sensitive and when i flinched he got upset and began to talk "at" me and not "to" me. Who does that..... I chose to not have my services completed after that. This dentist maybe good maybe the best out there, but he definitely lacks in the customer service area.. However, the ladies upfront and the dental assistant were very friendly and welcoming.March 07, 2017by Keondra White
