  I came in for a wisdom teeth removal, arrived 30 minutes early because I had insurance to add. The woman at the desk (I was told her new was Marian. She was about 5'3 Africa American and had braces) took both cards checked me in the asked me to take a seat. At the time of my appointment 30 minutes later she then called me forward I noticed the paper work did not have both insurance so I asked her to put them both on. She treated me like I have asked her to kill a new born. She then became very rude and making comments. "This is something you should have done at the consultation", talking under her breathe rolling her eyes at me. My mom called and talked to her to help give information and so I didnt have to deal with her rudeness. Unfortunately she was sassy and rude to her as well. Finally after getting both insurance on she said it was a waste of time because it didn't do anything and how she had way more important things to be doing. When I walked away from the desk and came back she was talking to the other woman saying how my mother is a b*tch and this is so pointless. I was already so nervous about my surgery I was almost in tears to be treated so poorly. And on top of it all everyone in the waiting room could hear her ranting. Another woman tried helping her with the paper work because of her complaining and another woman finished the last paper with me. No one stood up for me or tried to calm her down, maybe because they didn't think it would help or it would make her worse I don't know. I informed one doctor about her and she said it it wasn't the first time, and something will be done. I right this review because I want this woman to be known and something be done. I work in customer service and if I said half of what she said I'd be out of a job. It's highly unprofessional. I'm giving a 3 star only because she was the only problem everyone else was so kind and made me feel in good hands. The doctor who did my surgery put on music I like and tried making me feel better before I went under. I was completely informed about everything and left with a smile because of their kindness. Over all I think this place is great with one huge flaw.
