- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Though seeing a doctor isn't my favorite thing to do. I absolutely love seeing Dr. Kostick. He was very patient and informative. I'm 25 and felt my brows were getting a little heavy. Instead of doing major surgery Dr. Kostick recommended Botox to lift my brows just a little. It was exactly what I needed without making me have the "deer in headlights" look. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very rude towards patient and patient's insurance agent. Falsely processed a procedure as cosmetic that in fact was medically necessary. Placed blame for their numerous mistakes on the patient. Told patient's insurance company that insurance would not pay for the claim anyways, so why file a claim? Insurance agent stated it is not up to a Doctor's office to decide what will be covered by insurance, it is up to the insurance company based on the claim filed.
