  Our son has been a patient at Carithers since birth and he is now 18 years old. Dr. Colyer and the other doctors have always been very sincere when caring for him and have provided (what we think is) excellent care. The front desk (much like any customer service) could be improved, but over all definitely 4 stars.

  I'm a real person with real experience here. Do yourself a favor, don't go here! The medical staffs are rude and did not do their job properly (except the cashier). I took my niece to get her vaccination done and the lady named Joyce (a medical assistant) did not swipe the area with the alcohol first nor after when she delivered the vaccinations (I'm a nurse student). My niece's injection area bled so bad afterward and she was only 2 months old! This lady was so rude! did not smile, did not care! Being in a healthcare position, you need good customer service, excellent people skills. And when I called in to ask for her name, the LPN refused to and tried to blame the customer (what the heck?). Save your child! Don't go here!
