  This place is HORRIBLE. They pride themselves in attention but they lack it greatly! You pay a HIGH PRICE monthly (60)and when your appointment comes around they cancel day of with the excuse "we had an emergency surgery and the doctor will not be able to see you" then I say okay but when can my dog be seen ? Next week unless you drop him off and we see him when we get a chance.. a week from now when it wasn't my fault. So your expected to make it to the apmnt but they can change you around when they feel like it. Been on Paying for 1 year Never met a doctor. Everytime I drop him off they just give him allergy meds for sneezing when he has something on his skin. How do I know he is getting seen ? Or just put in a cage? Gosh I am upset . I pay and my dog is just as important. This has happened several times were they cancel day of! They apologize and put you on hold to talk to the doc to see what they can do( wasn't she the only doc and in a surgery?) hmm !

  I have been trying to give this location a chance for 3 years the turn over is insane. The front desk staff is nice but not a fan of the doctors who hardly interact with you. I have been going to a banfield for over 10 years. I guess i was just spoiled at the other locations i have tried. If i can't cancel my ins. plan I'm going to try the one off of Wells Road. Update: I just tried the Wells Road location. I will gladly pass this location and drive 20 minutes. They were great!
