  First of all we have been patients at this dental facility for several years. We are leaving this practice as of today. Very poor organization, office staff has chanced so much over the past year, its crazy. The last straw is...They sent my husband for an Endontics eval. We went to Dr. Barry Stevens (our choice). He has always done awesome work for our family. Dr. Stevens said tooth needed to be extracted. Went back to Dr. Bradbury for extraction. Husband took the day off, etc...Get there, and the hygienist asks "now what tooth is it that we are working on". There was not documentation of the referral to the Endontist, and what tooth they were questioning. Husband is getting very nervous, so they have to CALL DR. STEVENS and ASK HIM WHAT TOOTH. Really, you all sent him there. Shouldn't you know what tooth needs to be extracted. Finally Dr. Bradbury says he cant extract tooth, and have to go to Oral Surgeon. I"m sorry, but I feel the dentist in his office should have known that at the initial evaluation. Office staff was so worried about ordering their lunch, and waiting for it to get there. Observed Receptionist being rude on the phone to callers. Guess they were interrupting her lunch. We used to love going there, but there is a lack of professionalism there now. The only good person left if ABBY, the hygienist. I will miss her, as she is very good. Even tried to talk to Dr. Tim Bradbury, and he insisted that they are providing the best care. Not if you have other staff and doctors working that cannot document the charts. That makes me real nervous. My husband has had way to many health problems for you all to screw something else up for him. I would actually give you no start, if that were an option.

  The place was dirty. There was dust everywhere and dirty used gauze on the floor. The tools they tried using in my mouth were rusted and crusty. I was able to scrape stuff off the tools with my nails. They said it was normal and clean. It was not! I got up and left the office after I experienced how dirty it was. And to have the dentist tell me it was normal is horrifying!
