  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!! I was referred to this office by a family member only to be HORRIBLY disappointed when I arrived. I had a 10AM appointment and was not seen by the doctor until 12:30PM when I had specifically told the receptionist that I start work at 12PM and if there was going to be a wait I needed to reschedule!!!! By the time the doctor was done with my initial exam I wasn't able to leave the office until 1:30PM which in my opinion is absolutely ridiculous. Even after my frustration from my first appointment I decided to give them a second try since my family member had given me good feedback. Well, needless to say that was a horrible mistake on my end. I called to schedule my allergy skin test on 10/2 and they weren't able to make me an appointment until 11/1...I unfortunately had to re-schedule my appointment due to a conflict with my work schedule and spoke with a woman on the phone who rescheduled it for 11/6 at 1:30PM. The day of my appointment I hadn't received a call to confirm and something told me to call and make sure I was good to go before driving 30 min. to their office. When I called the woman who picked up informed me that my appointment was never made for 11/6 at 1:30PM and the soonest they could squeeze me in was 2 weeks from then in their Orange Park office. Needless to say this is THE WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. If a company makes a mistake with scheduling they should be willing to accept that mistake and do right by their client, however this clinic was no where near willing to handle this situation in an appropriate manner and instead I was given the run around as to why they have no explanation for their screw up. TRULY A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND A DIFFERENT ALLERGY SPECIALIST!!! I promise you, even if you have to drive further to get to a different doctors office you will still save more time than you would have had to wait in this clinic's waiting room to be seen by one of these horrible excuses of practitioners.
