- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an appointment at 3:20 on 3-14-17. I arrived at 3:00 pm. I waited for an hour without being seen. If I missed an appointment I would be charged a fee. They missed my appointment by making me wait an hour. They need to be charged a fee. Why should I pay for a service provider when they aren't providing a service.
