- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Beware!!!!!!! This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They lost my paperwork and never got back to me. After a week of trying to get a first appointment I decided to speak with the office coordinator (patty). Not two minutes pass and I get a call from Ashley telling me they won't take me as a patient and she is sorry. That's how the manager handled it. There was no concern or coaching or anything. I'm not sure how they keep the lights on. And if you want to reach Someone hit option two for doctors and nurses because they don't answer the phone for patients.May 06, 2017by sarah elhuni
