  Pediatric Smiles has been great to/for both of my kids. They have been going to Dr. Wall over the past 5-6 years and I couldn't be happier! The staff has been very helpful whether sending reminders via phone/text/email. Also, the setup and kid friendly waiting room "time occupiers" like the video games are second to none. I would recommend Pediatric Smiles to any and everyone with kids.

  This office has been such a blessing to my family!! My daughter who is now 12 starting going here when she was 4 or 5. She LOVES going and was even able to get her braces here without having to go to another location. So imagine my surprise to learn that my long term dentist Dr. Bobby CIRIC has also joined this amazing team and my baby will not have to transition elsewhere even once she is too old to see the pediatric dentist anymore? SUCH A BLESSING!!! Everyone in this office has become like family. I have literally heard my daughter laughing from her treatment room while I wait in the lobby! When my hubby and I (who are Clemson Grads) went to the National Championship game they were so excited for us and asked us all about it when we got back. In my experience anyone who would say something negative about this office is because they were given bad news or a treatment plan they don't want to believe their child needs. I have watched it happen where a parent was just fine until they realize there is a problem with their child's teeth. It makes me sad that instead of them accepting responsibility for their babies issues they lash out at the office/dentist. I do not believe you will find anyone to care about your kids the way this staff does. WE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! See you soon!

  This was my children's dentist for a couple of years after transferring from the Southside location. The place is very clean and kid friendly, the staff was nice enough, the dentist was not very personable but I could deal with that as she seemed knowledgeable. However, my son fell and chipped his tooth so I took him in and they examined him and told me that the treatment would require him being sedated because of his "anxiety". I was very uncomfortable with this idea, I had chipped my tooth a couple of times as a child and my teeth were fixed only using nitrous oxide gas. Turns out the sedation was $600 and was not covered by my insurance. The treatment itself was only $85 with my insurance. I felt this was an unnecessary charge and took him to another dentist where they were able to fix his tooth only using the nitrous oxide gas. I feel that this dentist office is overcharging for unnecessary services so we have found another dentist.
