  Got a good quote for my niece who is a new driver after shopping around. We gave all information and signed the policy. Not the preliminary....the complete contract. One week later they upped the premium by over $200 per month stating that it had to be adjusted based on the information that was already given. Nothing has changed. However we are on the road to fixing it with the help of the owner.

  Good service at first about a year and a half ago... family friend was a policy writer for them. He got me a good price on insurance for my family with a teen driver and 4 automobiles. $320 for 4 autos plus a teen driver- no liens. He had left the company when I needed to update my policy; I sold my truck and a "high risk" car that was on the policy. My new monthly total was $180. They issued a refund for the changes and my policy was affordable as it should be and I was very happy for a few months. Then they started calling me wanting to have a sit down to go over my policy and changes which they said was normal at one year. Kristy the new policy writer was spearheading this in my opinion. I declined the meeting and 2 months later get a $360 dollar bill...my new monthly payment wtf! $180 to $360 no tickets no accidents nothing. Best of all they cant explain it, and Kristy keeps saying its because my 18 yo son is on the policy and yeah he has been on it for 2 years! So they explained they were doing me a favor charging me $360 for 3 month then it would go down to a corrected monthly of $320 instead of making me give them a lump sum. What? Needless to say I changed companies immediately and doubled my coverage while cutting my deductibles in half; new monthly $200. Happy at progressive now. Stay away from Kim Lego and Kristy! Also I cx the policy in the middle of my billing cycling and they won't refund the second half of the month. Kristy said I am not eligible. Again steer clear of Kristy and state farm!

  I have had a policy with State Farm since I started driving about 8 years ago & I've always been happy with their service. All the employees I've had interactions with have been friendly, polite and helpful. About once to twice a year I get a call to come in and talk about my policy & somehow I feel like my rate goes down each time. Last March I was involved in an accident in which the other person didn't have insurance. State farm was so helpful during this time by calling to check in multiple times (even months after the accident) and settlement wasn't a haggle either. My rate per month is very fair also! I highly recommend (& Kim Lego is amazing herself)!
