  Been going here for a couple years - typically not more than once a year (or twice if I get the flu etc). After hearing the RNs schedule for the week, I scheduled a routine physical on Tuesday for a Thursday appointment. Once I arrived (after spending over 30 mins in rush hour traffic) I was informed that my appointment was accidentally set for a month later. The front desk assistant tried to get me squeezed in, but they could not. Its funny that they have signs posted everywhere that a missed appointment will cost you $50 (deductible is only 10-30$, so I've always found that interesting) - but when the doctor is overbooked or the scheduler puts you in the wrong month, we are supposed to be happy and deal with it. Mistakes happen, but their attitude was completely unsympathetic. I don't know if this is a common occurrence for primary care providers, but I will be exploring other options.
