  I have never been so disrespected in all my life so badly at a doctors office. And I was not even a patient. My husband saw them once a month for pain medication and they were rude with us from the beginning. The staff are incompetent and rude, billing department is a disaster, and they won't even give him what he needs when he has previously gone. STAY AWAY! DO NOT PUT YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES IN THE CARE OF THESE IDIOTS!

  Horrible.. Dreadful.. Regret all visits with coastal spine center..Extremely Rude Dr's and staff...very little compassion.. Truly, this saddens me. DEPLORABLE..conditions/treatment of patients!!!

  Stay away from this place!! Especially, the Fernandina Beach office. I was a patient for 2 years and as soon as I had a hard time paying the large amount of money they were asking for because of an insurance change, they refused to see me anymore instead of try to work with me and allow me to pay as much I was able. They would rather lose money all together than help a long-term patient. They act like they care about your well being to keep you coming back, but as soon as they're unable to squeeze a bunch of money out of you, they don't care about you at all and will let you suffer from pain. I have legitimate pain from Scoliosis and a spinal fusion. I'm not just somebody that is looking to get something for nothing. I have insurance and was willing to pay as much as I can, which was quite a bit, every month when I went in, but it wasn't good enough. This company is cold hearted, they put money before their patients. They never answer the phone or call you back. I would have to drive down to the office if I needed to talk to somebody. I don't know why I put up this kind treatment for so long, but I want to save others the trouble that I had to deal with. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and I will be telling everyone that will listen about my experience here.

  Stayed there only 2 months, VERY hard on the rules i.e drug testing, pill counts and you can't take Xanax and go there, Florida statutes requires pain doctors give their patients (2) drug tests per year to confirm the prescribed drugs are in their system, pill counts are not even authorized under Florida law, they made me go every (2) weeks which cost me double on my drug co-pays, they charge your insurance to the max. Double charges billing admits they owe me several hundred dollars in a case admin. fee from the beginning that they also charge my insurance $500.00, it's a medical operation that is only running at 10% capacity at best.
