  I've had the worst experience! The wait time is horrible... I felt as if this whole experience was money driven. I had about 4 different procedure and at no point did Dr. Bowden state that he couldn't help me. I was promised that my vision of have enhanced 99.9% and that I would be able to see at least out of glass.. negative! I was told that the intact procedure was very effective... lies! Heather kept changing the price, the dr. Stated that my insurance was not even going to pay enough for him to turn on the machine, so I paid a lot of money out of pocket, my kids had the worst Christmas ever and I'm still unable to see. Dr. Bowden doesn't never remembers me when I walk in because he sees at least 100 patients a day. If his nurses don't go iknto detall as read verbatim out of my chart the diagnoses and what he's done he does remember anything. And Every time I go back he's guess I need another procedure that fix the issue. Hell I've had enough... might as well just label me legally blind. I went on this journey because my regular eye doctor swore that Bowden was the best. I'm guessing that because my money isn't Jaguar long , who cares. I'm a single mother of 4, and all I wanted was to make sure that I can see my kids at least graduate high school maybe even college. But from this venture I'm know feeling that I'll probably go blind before that since my vision to me has not changed at all. With all the dry eye drops and oasis drops and every other dang drop I've purchased over the counter or have been prescribed. I'm highly disappointed and disgusted! Now I'm searching for another doctor to help me get a better lone of sight. I've spent way to much money out of pocket on this failing path to gain better sight at Bowden eye institute.

  Love the staff at Bowden ophthalmology First Dr S. Darbondi is Amazing she is so kind and knowledgeable I am very impressed with her. I also really love Ms Armani she helps with prescriptions and eyeglass choice. She is very knowledgeable about many relevant topics and willing to answer any questions you may have. I always see her for advice!!! And her advice is always excellent. The reception staff is organized, friendly and courteous. The professionals that work with you prior to dr visit. also knowledgeable and very helpful. It really is a great place to go see your eye doc, get great service and a through exam.
