- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very difficult to get a sick child in same day. I have three children and came to this office for their Bartram Park office. You WILL wait longer than 15-20 minutes every single time, but if you're more than 15 minutes late, they will cancel your appointment. I called this morning to tell them I was late due to a car accident and traffic, and tree trimmers shutting down the road, and they would not see my child for his appointment. I called to voice to the office that I would not be returning, the medical assistant on the phone said "Oh well I am just so sorry you feel that way" in a tone that clearly meant she was NOT sorry. I replied "you obviously are not sorry", and she then YELLED at me: "YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE CONDESCENDING!" and hung up on me. The last appointment we saw them for was after my 3 year old daughter had a febrile seizure and visited the ER, the earliest they could get her in to examine her was 3 days past that day.September 14, 2017by Amy Anderson
