- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The women answering the phones were nothing but rude to me. I called to make an appointment, then had to re-schedule for later that week. I called back to verify the new appointment and not only had they not created a new appointment for me, but said I wasn't allowed to make a new appointment because I had cancelled the first one (which I did NOT do) and then they hung up on me. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to schedule an appointment on 1/27/11 - I explained that I would be a new patient to that particular location but not to BPC - I asked if I could have the other location fax over my records - I was told that "it doesnt work that way" that they will have to review my records and determine if they would like to take me on as a patient!!!
