  I have been going to Banfield for over 4 years for my two dogs. I have the wellness program. I like the fact that I do not have to pay any additional office visit fees no matter how often I visit. I have been very happy overall with the care my dogs have been given. The staff are very friendly, and yes, there are waits to speak with someone sometimes, but that's during peak times of the day. For appointments, I usually have little wait to see the vet tech or the doctor. My dogs have annual teeth cleanings with no issues. My only complaint is how expensive they are with items not covered under the plan. It cost over $500 to have my dog's broken tooth removed, even during the cleaning surgery. My old vet charged under $100 for comparison. I also like the fact that they are open 7 days per week.
