- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is absolutely the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! They make you track down billing codes and itemized statements from every service provider. Learning how to navigate the "medical billing" waters was a chore! I've spent months of time and energy arguing with this company. Completing their claim forms requires a degree in claim processing. Their Customer Service Representatives have neither the knowledge nor the experience necessary to answer claim related questions and you are not allowed to speak with a Claims Officer. I have filed claims, re-filed and then filed again only to initiate a suit against the company to force them to perform.December 06, 2016by Regina Peel
