  I love this office and really can't say anything bad about the bedside manner of each doctor and practitioner. However, I would like to share some advice. I know that this is a business and time is of the essence. But every time my kids have come to this office over the past year, It seems as if I am coming to the office for the first time. I have to explain over and over again why we are there. No one reads the notes of previous visit. This becomes very frustrating when you have to explain to the student then a different practitioner what is wrong. As well as, one says do this and another says do something else. Then, when we return for a follow up no one knows why. My advice is please stop sending students in and instead use that time to read your patients files. The great thing about going to a doctor's office, instead of an urgent care is suppose to be seeing your same doctor, who knows you and past medical history. My kids don't get that treatment anymore. Still trying to find the great qualities that has kept me here for over 5 years. However, I was called in for something wrong with my child's blood work a month later. Upon getting there the physician knew nothing about the call or the blood work. I was then questioned about vaccines and then told to go redo the blood work. This was gas wasted and more gas wasted to have to go to Wolfson for the lab. And most importantly I still don't know if something is wrong with my child. I am really considering finding a new doctor for my kids.
