  VERY VERY HORRIBLE experience! To start with, they don't know anything about dealing with people, no patience whatsoever. I took a day off to see this Dr Manuel and she refused to see me because i didn't come carrying my medical records with me from my previous doctor. I never new that was a patient's responsibility but if it is, it would be nice to let them know in advance. 2nd don't send the patient away without even listening to them, you can always get medical records and from what i understand they would have still done their own xrays regardless of what has been done because it's been such a long time since the last was taken. They kept me sitting in the lobby for 50mins and still told me the doctor said she won't see me. To add insults to injury, i called the office the morning of my appointment to see if they can push my appointment either earlier or later and the person who answered the phone hang up on because i was obviously wasting her time is how she came access, i called back and spoke to a much friendlier person. I feel like at that point someone could've mentioned that i need to bring in medical records! Very sad that a lot doctors are all about the money and choose which patients they want or refuse. Don't treat people like that, because even doctors can get sick and one day you could be the person who is sick and have a first hand experience how it feels like to wait for an appointment only to be refused by a doctor. This is the very first time i am leaving a review for anyone or anything, this obviously wasn't a pleasant experience and so i had to.

  went to he for hand pain... stoic... cold ... indifferent... but far worse the wrong dianogsis.. I sat in the waiting room for at least 30 mins before I was called back to be placed in a room for another 45 mins, before a man came in and asked me what they were seeing me for? Then he sent for a person who took me for X-rays... Then Dr. Manuel came in she sat before asked me to extend my hand, I did.. you mashed between my fingers no pain here... no pain there. so she took my thumb and bent back toward my wrist causing me unbelievable pain... with that she announced : you have (3) options ... splint... cortisone. or surgery and with that she was gone...I bet she didnt spend 5 mins with me. Why does a woman like that become a doctor???? well, we all know why. MONEY
